Curator’s interpretation
The illustrated cups and vessels refuse a single visual definition of tea. A porcelain cup, gaiwan, metal filter, mate gourd, fruit infusion, and teapot point toward different practices that meet in one city. The poster is not a taxonomy. It is a neighbourhood portrait made through objects.
